Wash--> Rinse--> Sanitize--->Air Dry
1. Wash- wash with warm water and good detergent in the RED bucket -Minimum 95°F-110F
2. Rinse- rinse with plain hot water in GREY bucket

Sanitize- sanitize with chlorine 50-100ppm mixed in White
bucket(approve sanitizing solution) (100ppm = 1 cap of chlorine/bucket –
use test strips) - 75°F for 30 secs
