PHF includes an animal food (a food of animal origin) that is raw or heat-treated, Poultry, Seafood and Shell Fish, Meats, Dairy, Raw Shell Eggs, Baked Potatoes, Cooked Rice, Cooked beans, Sprouts, Soy-proteins Foods, Tofu, cut melons; CUT
LEAFY GREENS; cut tomatoes or mixtures of cut tomatoes; and garlic and oil mixtures

PHF Foods:

Food of animal origin
(meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, milk, yogurt, some cheeses)

Cooked food of plant origin
(all vegetables, pasta, cooked beans)

Bean sprouts
(alfalfa, mung bean)
